CNC processing center can do all operations on PVC profiles such as cutting, marking, opening key holes, copy routing for water slot milling, hinge holes, handle holes etc.
Cutting at fixed angles of 45-90-135 degrees with 0.1 degree precision, with saw diameter of 500 mm at 45-135 degrees, and 550 mm at 90 degrees.
Milling with 2 high-speed special design air-cooled 0.75 Kw spindles.
Sizing and milling operations on profile can be performed at the cutting station and milling station.
With the processed profile, 5 pieces can be loaded on the machine. (Max.length 6.5 m)
